If you are registering on behalf of a company, organisation, or other entity, you confirm that you have full authority to bind that entity to pn16's Terms & Conditions. In such cases, "you" refers to the entity you represent, not solely to you as an individual.

To register and use pn16's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

• Not currently under any account suspension or platform ban imposed by pn16.

• Acting on your own personal capacity and not on the instruction or behalf of any other party.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) pn16 account only. Owning or using more than one account under the same individual — whether in your own name or under another person's name — is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and the forfeiture of all balances and winnings held across those accounts.
